Join Us for Storytime at Shelford Campus
We warmly invite you and your child to attend our upcoming Storytime at Shelford Campus sessions. These are weekly opportunities designed for young children and their families to connect with our community and enjoy the magic of stories together.
Located just two blocks from Caulfield Campus, Shelford Campus is currently being thoughtfully transformed into a vibrant Junior School learning environment. Storytime sessions provide families with an opportunity to step inside the campus and experience some of the beautiful spaces that will soon come to life with learning, creativity, and community.
For families with children approaching school age, it is also a lovely opportunity to connect with others in the local area, and begin imagining what a Junior School journey at Caulfield Grammar School looks like.
Extended Prep Experience: Families attending the selected Storytime sessions on Friday 14 August, Friday 21 August and Friday 11 September are invited to stay for a special Prep-focused experience. After Storytime (9:30–10:15 am), you'll have the opportunity to meet our Prep teachers, learn more about our Prep program, and join a campus tour from 10:15–11:00 am.
Be Part of the Beginning
In 2027, Shelford Campus will welcome its founding students, including our very first Prep cohort. These students will help shape the culture and traditions of a brand new CGS community which is a truly unique moment in our School’s history. If you are interested in a tour or conversation, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect.

- Do I need to RSVP each week?
You only need to register before attending your first time.
- Do I have to come each week?
No you dont. The RSVP is so we can welcome you at your first Storytime session. From then on we'd love to see you each week, but attendance remains flexible to suit you.
- Do I have to be on a waitlist at Caulfield to attend?
This event is open to our local community, is an opportunity to learn more about Shelford Campus and meet our wonderful educators.
