Shenton Park and Subiaco talk Climate Justice
Event description
Concerned or interested about climate change, how it could impact us and what we can do about it? Have questions you'd love answered or ideas you want to share?Â
The Climate Justice Union is running a series of events in communities for people to come together to share, connect and hear about local climate justice action.  Â
The Climate Justice Union invite Shenton Park and Subiaco residents to 'A Community Conversation about Climate Justice'. Â
You'll also have a chance to hear updates from organisations and groups within the local community active in climate justice work.
Snacks will be provided. The space is suitable for young people and children to come along and a qualified child care worker will be available to provide supervision in the playground while the conversation happens.
This is a free community event. The venue is accessible, if you have specific accessibility requirements please let us know upon booking. If you are registering within a week of this event and you have accessibility requirements that require advanced notice to organise (e.g. Auslan Interpreting), please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to organise something.
If you want to share about your local initiative during the networking section of the event please contact Jaime.yf@climatejusticeunion.org
We also have an online event on the 15th October, 7-9pm. Registration links can be found here.Â
