Lou Draper O’Reilly
Lou Draper O’Reilly has spent more than 25 years helping organisations figure out what they actually want to say and how to get people to care about it. She is co-founder of the Wellington communications firm Draper Cormack Group and has worked with businesses, charities, and organisations across Aotearoa trying to make good things happen. Lou is particularly interested in purposeful work, good storytelling, and the strange ways ideas travel once they’re released into the wild.

LA Mangos
Hey, I'm LA 🙂 I help female business owners build the freedom they want: more time, more energy, stronger leadership, and the space to actually enjoy the life they’ve been working towards. Many leaders I work with care deeply about their people and their business, but feel pulled in too many directions, exhausted from supporting everyone, and quietly wonder if leadership has to feel this hard. This work helps them move from feeling overwhelmed and reactive to feeling confident, in control, and comfortable leading in a way that works with excatly who they are, not against it. With over 20 years of experience in caring leadership across health & wellbeing, disability and care sectors, I’m still lit up by human behaviour and influencing positive change in work environments. Fun facts about me: I love coffee, driving, and dancing… sometimes all at once 🙂
