Welcome to the Shepparton SpiritWalkers — a community of locals coming together with purpose, heart, and a shared love of moving in nature. Our team is part of WITSWALK2026, the national Walk in the Spirit initiative: a reflective, meaningful charity walk that inspires compassion and turns care into action. You can learn more at Spiritwalker.org.au – Walk in the Spirit.

We invite you to join us as we walk for wellbeing while raising funds for a cause that truly matters. SpiritWalkers come from every background, age, and ability. Whether you’re a seasoned long‑distance walker or taking on your very first challenge, you’ll find encouragement, camaraderie, and people who understand your nerves, your hopes, and your excitement.

On October 10th 2026, we’ll walk 5 laps around the Shepparton Victoria Park Lake for our 11km walk, or you can join in with 2 laps (4.8 km) for a relaxed pace walk, or 1 lap (2.4 km) for little legs and big hearts.

It’s a stunning circuit around the lake that lifts the spirit as much as it moves the body. Our focus is whole‑person wellbeing: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Every step is a chance to connect, reflect, and grow.

As a Shepparton SpiritWalker, you’ll:

1. Build friendships and community as you prepare for the event

2. Feel supported no matter your pace or experience

3. Share a meaningful journey with people who walk with intention

4. Celebrate your progress and the collective impact we create

Let’s walk together, uplift one another, and make a positive difference — one step, one story, one connection at a time. Extraordinary things happen when we move with purpose.
