Event description

Teachers in Greater Shepparton and surrounding areas are invited to join the Term 2 Teacher Environment Network Meeting (TEN) meeting!

Join us for our first meeting of 2024, where we will showcase Notre Dame College - Emmaus Campus, and the everyday classroom acts their staff and students engage in to reduce their environmental impact.

Presented by ResourceSmart Schools and hosted by Notre Dame College - we will be joined by Greater Shepparton Council's Regional Waste Education Officer Hilary Grigg, who will share how she can support your individual schools’ waste journeys. Our afternoon session will be filled with a sustainability school tour, waste activities, local networking opportunities and free student resources.

We aim to inspire you with sustainability ideas that you can introduce in your classroom, and provide a space for you to share your own ideas and experiences on implementing environmental education and activities.

Tea, coffee and a light supper will be served during the session. We look forward to seeing you there!
