Sher Wagyu + Carlton Wine Room

Carlton Wine Room is thrilled to announce that we’ll be teaming up with our friends at Sher Wagyu to present their product in a special dinner in our Cellar on the 3rd of July.

The Sher family, based in Ballan, Western Victoria, have been operating their business since 1991. They are suppliers of award-winning beef to Australia’s top restaurants and butchers, as well 14 countries internationally.

An inventive five-course menu will be prepared by our Chefs to showcase the Sher’s amazing product, matched with wines thoughtfully selected by our team of Sommeliers.
