Join us for a transformative women’s circle where we soften the noise of expectation, peel back the masks of conditioning, and reconnect with the truth that lives in your body.

This is a space of deep safety, soul-stirring embodiment, and sacred sisterhood.

Throughout the circle, intuitive Reiki will be offered as a loving energetic support — gently guiding your nervous system toward restoration, regulation, and return.

What to Expect:

• Somatic practices to create safety in your body

• Guided journaling + reflection

• The Unmasking Ceremony: a powerful ritual to name and release the identities you’ve carried

• A wild, liberating shake + dance ritual to move the energy and return to your power

• Intuitive Guided Reiki will be offered throughout - supporting each woman's unique path of release, regulation, and reconnection

• Integration practices to anchor into your truth

• A loving, held space for vulnerability, expression, and return
