Shiatsu & Yin Yoga
Event description
Shiatsu and Yin Yoga - Spring Renewal
A meditative blend of Yin Yoga and Shiatsu Massage to restore balance, open the body, and reconnect with your inner spring landscape.
Join us for a 90-minute journey that blends the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the healing touch of Shiatsu massage - a deeply nourishing experience for both body and mind.
As you rest in each posture, trained Shiatsu practitioners move gently through the space, offering acupressure, light stretches, and supportive holds that open meridians, regulate the nervous system, and deepen body awareness.
Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, this session attunes to the energy of Spring - a season of renewal, growth, and fresh vitality. Through slow, intentional movement, therapeutic touch, and seasonal insights, you’ll be gently guided inward to reconnect with your inner landscape and the clarity of vision that Spring inspires.
This session welcomes all bodies and levels of experience. Come as you are, to pause, restore, and return home to yourself in the beginning of Spring.
