We invite you to participate in one of the life-changing sessions with Roya Pouya to know about recent energetic changes on our planet Earth, to learn and practice abdominal breathing, and also to learn how to do grounding as the foundation of meditation practice. Grounding is the best way to reduce our anxiety and stress in our daily life. It is a way to connect with our essential self and life force energy. We are grounded when we are aware of the physical sensations in our bodies, the physical things and events around us, and the physical exchanges between the two. When we feel grounded, we feel stable, secure, and aware of our bodies before we practice meditation.
About Roya
Roya Pouya is a qualified Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer and also a spiritual teacher with more than 5 years of experience in practicing and teaching meditation and mindfulness. Since last year, she has been studying in one of the most reputable meditation centres called ACMM (Australian Centre for Meditation & Mindfulness) remotely based in Melbourne to get her advanced certificate, and currently, she is a member of IICT.
