An immersive afternoon of Music and Breath...

Take a break from the noise of everyday life and join us for a of one-of-a-kind experience where deep electronic soundscapes meet the power of conscious breath. This experience combines the transformative power of music with simple breathing techniques designed to help you reset, release and reconnect with yourself.

We are merging two very different worlds, showcasing how we can have the best of both in a beautiful balance. As well as making wellness and somatic healing palatable for everyone no matter your background.

We will start with a guided meditation and a warm cup of cacao to help you relax into the space and your body.

From there, we will move into a transformative breathwork journey set to an immersive electronic music soundscape, carefully crafted to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep presence.

You will leave feeling refreshed, grounded, reconnected and with a thoughtfully curated goodie bag featuring gifts from our partners to extend your experience beyond the event.

What to bring:

You only need to bring yourself, a water bottle and if possible wear comfortable and nonrestrictive clothing.

To respect everyone’s time and keep the safety of the container, we will begin at 11:30am sharp.

Avoid eating a heavy meal, consuming alcohol and/or caffeine prior to the event. There will be snacks after the breathwork journey.

Cancellation cannot be made to a ticket, this can be passed on to another willing attendee. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge your agreement, and consent for any content taken on the day used for marketing purposes, as well as signing up to our mailing list where you will be sent promotional emails for upcoming events, follow ups, access to exclusive discounts and more.
