Pranayama breathwork & Yoga - Gentle breath & movement techniques start to build heat within the body and help ignite the fire element within our solar plexus, our energetic power centre. This yoga is for all bodies and all abilities. If you can breathe you can yoga.

Guided Meditation - Be gently lulled into deep relaxation through spoken word, exploring and peeling back the layers to our divine essence of being, uninhibited, authentic and expansive. This meditation inspires releasing any limitations, harnessing our full potential and endless possibilities.

Sound Immersion - Experience a sonic sound bath with Mel, journeying through the frequencies of crystal bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, medicine drums and Koshi chimes, as well as her sublime angelic voice, all washing over you in a devine vibrational dance with your energy frequencies, bringing you into a state of balance, peace and ease.

Reiki & Intuitive energy work - Harnessing and channelling the universal chi, Heidi moves one on one throughout the group, to clear stagnant and blocked energy within your individual energy fields, contributing towards returning it to a balanced and harmonious state. This can include vibrational toning, light language and sounds.

Mel and Heidi are passionate, authentic healers who have a deep and abiding calling to share their learnings and souls' purpose, guiding others to connect to their own purpose and truth, ultimately living their best lives.
