Shining Bird supported by CCI

South Yeast Brewing proudly presents an evening of Australian song writing and live music with acclaimed Wollongong band Shining Bird supported by local act CCI.

Shining Bird, "formed initially as a studio project in 2012, have released albums through the legendary Spunk records to widespread claim for their unique brand of Australian pop. Earning album of the week on Radio National and glowing accolades via Rolling Stone and SMH as well as FBI radio album of the year. Shining Bird has toured Australia extensively and supported acts such as midnight oil, Kurt Vile, The Drones, Beach House and Father John Misty as well as playing festivals such as fairgrounds, Panama, Yours and Owls and Sydney festival”

CCI, a newly formed trio performing the original music of local song writer and guitarist, Joey Panucci. Expect guitar driven songs which explores and questions the human condition and emotions. This will be a premiere performance for the trio which include local musicians, David Muratore (drums) and Romie Olivares-Panucci (bass).
