We will meet on driveway of event address and it will be a short work between 500-900m or our location

Please be on time, wear good walking shoes, bring water and bottle, byo yoga mat or picnic blanket, journal,

Founded by Christine King, a diploma-qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner with a background in psychology, sociology and community services, Sacred Sounds Australia brings together therapeutic sound, crystal singing bowls, guided practices, meditation, energy awareness and practical tools for everyday wellbeing.

Our offerings include immersive Sound Journeys, private sessions, workshops, online experiences, community programs and our Sacred Sounds Discovery and Pathway 1–2–3 learning experiences for those wanting to confidently explore sound for personal practice.

Through our growing online library and Sacred Sounds Australia community, you can also explore guided soundscapes, relaxation practices, chakra balancing, grounding, clearing, centring, energetic alignment, rituals and self-guided wellbeing resources from wherever you are.

Our approach is gentle, intentional and trauma-aware, with an emphasis on safe and ethical practice, personal experience and integration.

Whether you are completely new to sound, seeking a moment of deep rest, exploring your own wellbeing, learning to play crystal singing bowls, or feeling called to deepen your relationship with sound, you are welcome to begin where you are.
