We’re Team Double Parked and we’re taking on the Shitbox Rally Autumn 2026 – driving a $1,500 car halfway across the country for charity. But first… we need a party pit stop!

About Our Adventure

This amazing adventure will see us driving a car worth $1,500 or less—better known as a “Shitbox”—all the way from Port Douglas to Melbourne, alongside 500 other brave (and slightly crazy) participants.  You may have seen us driving around Balnarring in Nathan, a 1990 Nissan Pulsar.

Shitbox Rally is not a race, but a challenge to accomplish the unthinkable: tackling thousands of kilometres through remote outback roads and rugged Australian terrain, all in the name of a very important cause.  Together, teams aim to raise $2 million for Cancer Council, supporting life-changing cancer research across Australia. Since kicking off in 2009, Shitbox Rally has raised over $55 million, making it the biggest community-based fundraiser for Cancer Council.
