Shiva Shakti Immersion

Join Char & Leo for an immersive journey using ancient yogic techniques including breath, movement, kriya, sound and silence.

This immersion will open with a cacao ceremony and the duo will weave years of study and teaching experience to guide you inward through asana, pranayama, kundalini kriya, mantra and meditation. Realign the body, clear stagnant energy, revitalise the breath and leave feeling grounded after the closing sound bath. 

Everyone welcome, no prior experience to these techniques is necessary.
