Event description

Did you know the Merricks community has a public access defibrillator at Merricks Store?

Did you know that there are dozens of public access defibrillators around the Mornington Peninsula?

Would you know how to use one to save your loved one in an emergency?

Come along to a community focused evening at Merricks Store for compressions, cheese & wine with your local paramedics & learn how to save a life.

Monday 23rd October at 5.30pm

Cost: $20pp including wine/non-alcoholic beverages, cheese & accompaniments.

Shocktober is a month-long campaign to highlight the importance of learning CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).

By knowing how to perform CPR and use an AED we can improve cardiac arrest survival rates and help save lives, together.
