Shoes and Brews Saturday is a free, two-part event that brings education on injury prevention for professionals and the general public alike.

Join us at Pace House of Rec and come together to explore the best running products on offer, and a cruisy morning run and wear test. Trial new nutritional products, fresh gear, and the latest
footwear tech & feel the innovation underfoot for yourself. From supershoes to lightweight
daily trainers, you’ll be spoilt for choice and sure to learn something new.

When & where: Pace Athletic House of Rec, Rosebery from 7:30am

PM - FREE Main Event

Join us at Blackwattle Brewery from 12-4pm to learn, win big, raise money for Pankind Australia, and have a lot of fun in between. There is food and drinks available for purchase at the venue and it is a family friendly event space. Expect a series of quick presentations and interactive workshops on topics that are related to footwear, nutrition, walking/running injuries, and how to prevent them. The goal is to bring the public and practitioners together to advocate for our professions and improve the community's longevity for running.
