The Big Guns lunch is the Shopping Centre industry event of the year and after a very challenging period we’re looking ahead to the future.

2030 – less than a decade away; what will our Big Guns be like? Will shops carry stock or just display items? Will there be any cash? Will F&B constitute more than 70% of the GLA? Will MAT/m2 be an obsolete historical statistic? Will any specialty retailer commit to a 5-year lease?

Some analysts forecast that in Australia, by 2030, sales of petrol/diesel powered cars will end; how will that affect our industry? And 2030 is only 8 years away!
