ShoreNI Marine Invasive recording at Carrickfergus

Join Ulster Wildlife and CEDaR at Fisherman's Quay, Carrickfergus for a rockpool session with a twist. As part of Invasive species week we will be on the look out for some of the Marine Invasive species that have made their home in Belfast Lough. You will also have an opportunity to learn about these species and the importance of recording them.

• Short distance but over uneven and varied ground

• Please wear suitable clothing for the weather and wellies/boots

• Feel free to bring along buckets, trays or nets if you have them

• Children welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

• Onsite parking limited, additional parking across the road

• Nearest public toilet are back in the center of town
