Short films. Big ideas. Short. Sweet. Screendance. brings together a vibrant collection of dance films that prove you don’t need a long runtime to make an impact.

Across nine distinct works, filmmakers and dance artists explore movement through different styles, perspectives and approaches to the screen — shifting between intimate storytelling, playful ideas, striking imagery and experimentation with choreography and film.

Designed as a fast-moving celebration of short-form screendance, the programme offers something new around every corner and a snapshot of just how diverse dance on film can be.

Presented as part of the 2026 Inspired Dance Film Festival.
