  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

The final touches are complete, and Triple Crown is ready to welcome you! 

Tour five superb million-dollar+ homes from local builders Cutter Custom Homes, Drees Homes, Fischer Homes, Gustin Construction, and Our Farmer House. Admission is only $15 and gives you access to the homes as well as our show tent, where you can meet several vendors that work directly with our builders and enter drawings for discounts and other special offers. Parking and water on-site are free.
