Join us with for our Agribusiness Lobster Long Luncheon with special guests Michael Angelakis and Andrew Ferguson at the National Wine Centre of Australia.
Hear from Michael about his lifetime career in the seafood industry, his recent work with PIRSA on their seafood advisory board and collaboration with Ferguson Australia to shine a light on under-utilised fish species through TV show on Channel 7, Out of the Blue.
Close friend and fellow seafood legend, Andrew Ferguson will talk about the new product line Ferguson Australia have created to use more sustainable fishing practices and how they have had to adapt to stay above water during tough times with trade bans to major trade partners.
