Sydney Health Partners - 2025 Roadshow
Translation in Action
Sydney Health Partners is coming to you!
On March 31, our Roadshow will visit the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network at Westmead (SCHN) for an afternoon of discussions about the Partnership’s activities and how they are supporting research translation at SCHN.
- Hear from SCHN staff involved in Sydney Health Partners Clinical Academic Groups and Implementation Science Academy
- Learn about the importance of effective and sustained research translation for improved clinical practice
- Find out about our research-enabling initiatives in areas including clinical trials, research and governance, data access, and consumer involvement.
The second half of the event will feature concurrent interactive sessions on:
- Pathways into research - a panel discussion with Clinical Academic Group leaders
- Setting up a research project for implementation and impact
- Involving consumers in research in the paediatric setting
- Getting help with an implementation science project.
This is the first event of our 2025 Roadshow - Translation in Action and priority will be given to registrations from SCHN staff. We will also visit the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, Northern Sydney Local Health District, Sydney Local Health District and Western Sydney Local Health District throughout the year. Dates and details for those locations will be announced soon.
