Shunpike Social Club's Summer course is here!

This is a fantastic opportunity to play in a genuinely creative and vibrant ensemble, directed by specialist music educators who provide challenge and reward for players at all stages of their musical journey. There's no other group like it in Edinburgh!

Monday nights from 11th May until 15th June (6 weeks), at Edinburgh College Milton Campus.

As ever, we welcome brass/reeds/guitars of all abilities (must have own instrument) and will provide samba-style percussion instruments for drummers of all abilities.

Band Leaders Marcus Britton and Sam Ward-Hardy will continue to build the confidence and develop the skills of all players, with another great course which will include:

learning new songs / arrangements songs as a group
incorporating some movement / stepping into our playing
encouraging development of improvising skills

There's no better way to spend a Monday evening :)
