SHYAC Term 4 Drama Club

SHYAC Drama Club is back!

This is the perfect place for kids aged 8-12 to step into the spotlight! Every Monday from 4:30 - 6pm over 8 action-packed weeks, they will learn skills to add to their acting repertoire.

We are thrilled to introduce Ted Andrade as our facilitator for Drama Club in Term 4. Ted is first and foremost, a SHYAC Dad, and has been a great supporter of SHYAC with his daughter for the last few years.

However, Ted brings real industry experience to SHYAC. His extensive experience in the Australian and international screen and theatre industries makes him an exciting mentor for young people interested in writing, film, television, acting and storytelling.

Ted is currently a working actor, and with more than 20 years of professional experience across film, television, theatre and music, he has worked on Australian and international productions including Wednesday, The Big Fix, Deadly Women, Packed to the Rafters and Tricky Business, alongside acclaimed actors and filmmakers.

We are so excited to see what Ted will teach the next generation of performers during our weekly Drama Club!

IMPORTANT: To participate in 2026 SHYAC events, an annual membership is required per family. A Family Membership entitles up to 2 children to be eligible to be a part of SHYAC productions, workshops and/or drama clubs and will also be covered by our insurance while being a part of these events. Additional children can be registered on the same form and will cost an additional $5 per child. Details must be provided for each child who is part of the membership.
