SIDER Drinks is teaming up with the Research for Development Impact Network (RDI Network) to host a casual networking event in the lead up to the RDI Network Exchange 25 Conference.

Anyone working or studying in international development is warmly welcomed, whether in research, NGOs, private sector, multilateral organisations or policy.

This is a great opportunity to:

🤝 Connect with those working in the international development sector in Canberra

💬 Discuss research in practice and how research impact can be achieved

🔗 Build relationships across the NGO, academic, and policy communities across the sector.

The SIDER drinks is also a great lead-up to the RDI Network Exchange 25 Conference, taking place 10–11 July 2025 at UTS, Sydney and also online.

The Exchange Conference includes keynote panels on decolonising development research and practice, transforming development partnerships and changing development landscape, as well as a packed program of 34 concurrent sessions led by those in the development sector from across Australia and the Indo-Pacific region.
