Join Dr Joti Samra, the defining voice and pioneer of workplace psychosocial safety, in exploring how organisations can take a proactive approach to creating psychologically safe workplaces.

Over the last two decades, Dr Samra has pioneered workplace psychosocial safety, establishing both the world’s first assessment framework and National Standard and, in turn, shaping global policy and ongoing advancement.

In 2007, she led the development of Guarding Minds, the foundational framework for identifying and measuring psychosocial safety hazards, which, as the first of its kind, has become the blueprint for psychosocial safety management around the world.

As a founding member of the CSA Technical Committee, she was instrumental in the development of Canada’s National Psychological Health and Safety Standard in 2013 and, more recently, the ISO 45003:2021 Guidelines for Managing Psychosocial Risks.

Over the course of her keynote, Dr Samra will share her experiences:

Driving, shaping and bringing awareness to workplace psychosocial safety over the course of her career.
Bringing researchers, regulators and industry together to create management frameworks and standards.
Working with and developing psychosocial safety leadership capabilities.
Using research and data to inform and shape management systems and strategies.

Dr Samara will then join our panel of leading psychosocial safety practitioners, who together will answer your questions and share their real-world experiences, strategies and insights with you.
