Silberbrunn Retreat
Description
Shift to Flow on Silberbrunn
A regenerative retreat week to help you move from stress and inner pressure back into your own rhythm. Inspired by the principles of regenerative transformation, this week supports nervous system regulation through silence, nature, embodiment, mindful practice and a gentle daily rhythm.
Why?
This retreat is for people who sense they are living too close to the edge — whether burnout feels near, or still years away. It is for those who want to keep contributing meaningful work in a world shaped by constant change, collective pressure, and the often unseen impact of stress and trauma on body, mind, and relationships. Through our approach, the retreat offers a different way of processing experience: one that supports nervous system regulation, restores inner rhythm, and opens the possibility for greater quality of life, deeper resilience, and more conscious, regenerative action in the world.
"Perhaps you know the feeling: The world is too loud, your mind is too full, and your body seems to be just going through the motions. My path led me to the Silberbrunn Sanatorium, a place that feels more like a modern monastery than a clinic.
Here, there's no pressure to perform, only a deep, reliable rhythm. The weekly schedule at Silberbrunn is like a handrail to hold onto when your strength is lacking.

The experience:
"My day here begins with a gentle morning practice while the mist still hangs over the meadows of the "Alm". This is followed by a structured morning with focus phases in which we delve deeply into working with our nervous system. Here, we not only understand why we're exhausted, we feel how regulation slowly returns.
Midday belongs to nature: silent walks or simple, grounding activities on the property . The afternoon offers space for deepening and reflection before the day concludes with a quiet evening gathering."
Over two weeks, a cycle of arrival, letting go, reorientation, and finally integration unfolds. Silberbrunn is not a place for a quick wellness break; it is a place for people seeking genuine, dignified change. Those seeking tranquility, professional guidance, and a clear structure in a breathtaking alpine setting will find here precisely what the nervous system needs most: security.
