I am proud to present my next dance offering - A SILENT DISCO!
This will be a DJ set curated by me where you get to explore the nuance of the music as you journey through the soundscape wearing headphones.
What is a silent disco? Well, it is where music is listened to on wireless headphones rather than through a speaker system. It is called silent because to an outside observer, it appears as though people are dancing in silence.

Saturday May 11th, 6-8pm, set will be approx 90min dance.
Please arrive at 6pm to ensure enough time to find a park and get headphones setup. The music will begin at 6.15pm.
As I like to hold brave containers for all souls - a space to be move and be free as you explore the threads of somatic dance as they are woven in. I will ask that we refrain from consuming alcohol | mind-altering substances and keep your phones aside. Instead, immerse yourself in the power of great music, embracing the freedom to release yourself to the music. For this offering there will be no verbal guidance.
NOTE Headphones have an adjustable volume on the side, for your own listening pleasure.
