Silent Mind Gatherings
Event description
Silent Mind Gatherings is a transformative five-week program tailored for individuals seeking to explore the immense potential of their breath and delve into various breathing techniques (pranayama/breathwork). Why should you join?
Starting a meditation practice can be challenging for many due to the demands of our busy lives, time constraints, and daily stressors. This program offers dedicated support to overcome these obstacles and prioritise the body's sensations over the mind's chatter. By becoming more attuned to the body and experiencing the benefits of conscious breathing and breathwork practices, participants can establish a sustainable meditation routine.
What is the commitment?

The program's cost is $230, with an early bird rate of $195 for those who register in advance. Additionally, a limited number of sponsored spots are available to support inclusivity.
