Our next Silk Dance Sessions is here and this time we’re leaning into the deeper tones of autumn.
For this edition, we’re incredibly excited to welcome Antaares all the way from Mexico for his very first NZ appearance.
A key figure in the global downtempo scene, Antaares is known for his slow, deep and chunky grooves that are elegant, playful, and never too serious. His sound sits in that sweet spot for lovers of the lower frequencies, blending rich textures with crisp, thoughtful sound design. His more recent work moves into midtempo territories, while still carrying his unmistakable signature.
For this special session, he’ll be taking us on a full journey with both a live set and a DJ set.
On support, we have two of our local favourites:
Manisah + Dylan C, guiding us through the afternoon and into the night.
Parked Up is a space that lets us shape the atmosphere as we go. With its covered dancefloor, we’ll be creating a warm and cozy environment, while still being able to open things up if the sun decides to show off.

Manisah is known for her intuitive and emotionally rich selections, weaving together deep, organic and groove-led sounds. Her sets are thoughtful and immersive, creating a sense of flow that gently draws people into the dance. Antaares 8:00 - 10:30pm
Hailing from the surreal metropolis of Mexico City, Antaares crafts a distinctive fusion of elegant rhythms that draw listeners into a deep and immersive sonic journey. With a reputation for powerful live performances and a refined, emotive sound, he has become a strong reference in the global electronic scene. His music has taken him to some of the world’s most celebrated stages.
Dylan C 10:30pm - late
Dylan C brings a warm, groove-driven energy to the dancefloor, blending deep, melodic and percussive elements with a playful edge. His sets are dynamic yet considered, moving effortlessly between moods while keeping the dance connected. A familiar face in the local scene, he consistently delivers with both taste and intention.
