Event description

Have-a-go at ballet designed for seniors (licensed by the Royal Academy of Dance), a programme specifically designed for learners aged 55+ to learn ballet in a safe and fun way to improve coordination, balance, strength & mobility.

No experience is required and hot beverages are offered after each session.  Participants need to be happy exercising in socks, bare feet, or ballet slippers if they have them.
