Silversmithing Workshop: Gemstone Pendant

Join our instructor, Charlene Hall, to create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind gemstone pendant in this fun and hands-on one-day silversmithing workshop.

You’ll begin by choosing a semi-precious gemstone in a colour that speaks to you, then learn the techniques needed to turn it into a wearable piece of jewellery. Charlene will guide you through the process of creating and soldering a bezel, then securely setting your gemstone to create your finished pendant.

No previous experience is necessary — Charlene will guide you through each step and introduce you to the fundamentals of traditional silversmithing in a relaxed, creative environment.

All tools and materials are included, including your choice of a semi-precious stone. You’ll leave the workshop with a beautiful handmade gemstone pendant that you created yourself.

Price: $250 per person 

Includes all supplies. There will be time for a lunch break during the session. 

Limited space available; Courses are for students 16+ years old. Younger teens may attend if accompanied by an adult who is also registered.
