Simple Soapmaking

Learn the basics of simple soapmaking with Farmer Amy!
You will be learning how to make cold pressed soap using ingredients that are often found in your kitchen cupboards. We will be using the farm's olive oil from our recent Olive Pick n Press. You’ll receive a recipe and some knowhow to make your own soap at home.
Amy is no expert, but has been making soap at home for many years. She says it’s a simple skill to pick up so you too can have confidence in knowing exactly what goes into your own soap. You can tailor the texture, scent and size of the bar to suit your own tastes and they make wonderful gifts.
This workshop includes a light morning tea and a take home soap sample.
When: Saturday 27 March, 9.30am to 11.30pm.
