Simplicity. Love God. Love Others | Women's Retreat

Simplicity – Love God. Love Others. is a Christ-centred women’s retreat designed to help you step away from the noise of life and refocus on what truly matters.

This year’s retreat is the culmination of The Simplicity Experiment, an 8-week shared journey where women across the stake have intentionally focused on two simple invitations from the Saviour: to love God and to love others and to notice what happens in their daily lives.

Through stories, shared insights, worship, music, and practical workshops, we will explore what was discovered along the way, what became clearer, what softened, what shifted, and what surprised us as we simplified our discipleship.

The day will include time to connect with other women, reflect on personal experiences from the experiment, and participate in uplifting workshops designed to deepen faith, strengthen relationships, and encourage a more peaceful, Christ-centred life. Workshops will offer practical and spiritual insights on topics such as personal worship, Christlike friendship, simplifying discipleship, and finding God in everyday life.

Lunch will be available through a selection of food trucks, providing an opportunity to enjoy a relaxed meal together and continue connecting with other women throughout the day.

More than a program or series of talks, this is a space to gather as women of faith and learn from one another’s lived experiences of trying to focus on what the Saviour Himself identified as most important.
