The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful, when our mind is peaceful we experience true happiness and deep contentment.

Be guided in simple meditations that relax the body and mind, reducing stress and increasing our feeling of wellbeing. Train in meditations that come from ancient wisdom that enable us to discover the natural peace and clarity of the mind. Through meditating on love and compassion we can transform our daily experiences into a peace and happiness that naturally contributes to the peace and healing of our troubled world.

Each week we will engage in two meditations with two short teachings that explain the benefits of the meditation and tips for improving our meditation practice. Cycling through a series of nine meditations we can greatly improve the quality of our mind and therefore our life.
