True Self-Love is a deep connection to your soul truth, the essence of YOU.

Having a firm framework of understanding who you are on this deep level will enable you to create and live the life of your dreams.

When you are standing in your own personal power as your authentic self your life flows with a particular magnetic attraction.

Your purpose in life is to be 100% YOU! And Self-Love is your doorway into remembering and embodying who you are.

There are many key ingredients or pathways to having a nourishing Self-Love practice such as:

– Self-acceptance

– Listening to your inner wisdom

– Speaking your truth, &

– Caring deeply for yourself

When you align to your truth with Self-Love you attract incredible relationships, opportunities, abundance, joy, happiness, and many other wonderful things!

That being said, life can be challenging regardless of how well you love yourself. But having a solid sense of self with Self-Love will be your best companion during your most challenging times.

But what if your subconscious mind is not communicating with your conscious mind causing an array of challenges like self-sabotage?

What if you have multiple limiting beliefs preventing you from achieving your goals?

What if certain experiences from your childhood are causing you to disconnect from your truth or deter you from success?

Our wonderful expert guest speaker, Rosi Pletzer, will teach you how to align your subconscious mind to your conscious wisdom so that you can “Simply, Self-Love.”

Let’s meet Rosi;

“Hi! I’m Rosi Pletzer, I’m here to help you become your best version of you.

I love exploring why we may not be living our lives to our full potential. Consciously, we may well know in which direction we are wanting to head in life. The conscious mind is where we have surface thoughts and goals, our wishes and also our judgements of things we’ve experienced or observed.

However, we may feel like we are sabotaging ourselves, leaving us feeling frustrating and disheartening. This can be because our subconscious mind, the habitual mind, isn’t lined up with our conscious wishes!

Consciously we may want to achieve and experience certain things, and subconsciously we may have habitual limiting beliefs in place that prevent us achieving those conscious goals! Like, “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t like change” or “I don’t deserve that” or “it’s not safe” and so on.

I invite you to go on a journey with me to make real and lasting changes in your life NOW.

ALIGN the subconscious mind to conscious wisdom….and you’ll create flow instead of day to day struggle. You’ll have the superior processing capacity of the subconscious mind backing you up 100% of the time.”

More about The Self-Love Movement:

The Self-Love Movement is a Nationwide social movement connecting women through the power of gathering and to their True-Self.

Through the use of live events and workshops, women are encouraged to be the best they can be, to expand their minds, to break-free of their own stories and to live a wildly authentic and abundant life full of love.

The Self-Love Movement is a powerful platform for women to feel safe, heard, supported and loved.

“Live with an open heart and bathe in a sea of self-love. It is not selfish to love yourself unconditionally. In fact, it is absolutely necessary! Your entire world is reflective of the relationship you have with self. It’s time to nourish and nurture this connection and watch your life begin to magically blossom through the power of Self-Love.” – Alana Arvanitis

Self-Love is the act of putting your own happiness & well-being first, something that is lacking within our current society.

It all starts with SELF. “Your relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have.”

“If you don’t go within you go without” – Alana Arvanitis

It’s time to put “self” first. It’s time to remove the things that cloud your happiness & well-being. It’s time to come together and share your uniqueness to the world. It’s time to be inspired, supported, and empowered. It is time to love & be loved… and it all starts with YOU.

You absolutely deserve all the love and inspiration you seek and The Self-Love Movement is the way of finding your path and weave within the YOUniverse
