Wednesdays: 6-7pm, Sep 16 - Oct 14 online, Oct 25 11am-2pm in person celebration circle (if local) or private 30 min online lesson (if you cannot make the circle).

This 6-week song writing & singing block is an invitation to reconnect with your voice as a source of joy freedom, and aliveness.

This is not choir. This is singing for health and wellness. No experience or "perfect pitch" required - just a willingness to show up and let sound move through you.

Over six weeks, you'll build a practice that will not only strengthen your song writing and singing skills but also your speaking voice and nervous system, cognative abilities and connection with others - coming together on the final week to harmonise with like-hearts in celebration and song (if local) or present your signature song with feedback in a 30 minute private lesson (if you live further away and cannot make the in-person circle).

We'll explore song structures, creative writing, positive lyrics and intentional words that shape your your brain, body and breath - tapping into the power of voice and vibration to support change at a deep cellular level.

Through somatic exercises and meditation, you'll also be invited to tap into your intuition and connect with your own inner guidance, allowing your voice to flow with authenticity, spontaneity, and ease.
