Curious about a dementia choir?
People living with dementia and their carers, friends and family members are invited to join Sing Sing Sing for a series of introductory sessions. Discover the joy of singing, friendship and belonging in Queensland's first dementia choir, sing together and connect with your choir family over a delicious morning tea.
Workshop 1:
Monday 17 August 10am-12noon
Rehearsals:
Monday 24 & 31 August 11am-12noon
Monday 7 September 11am-12noon
Workshop 2:
Monday 28 September 10am-12noon
Rehearsals:
Monday 12 & 19 October 10am-12noon

Come & Try Sing Sing Sing Workshop - 17 August 2026
An introductory workshop led by our Artistic Director Melissa Gill. Supported by current members of Sing Sing Sing, we'll have some fun warming up our voices and bodies and singing together. Melissa will take us through some fun exercises that will help us make great sound and feel more confident as part of the choir. We'll also catch up with each other over a delicous morning tea!
