Sing with the Trees - INHALE
Description
INHALE: Sing with the Trees
Take a deep breath, step into nature, and discover the gentle power of singing.
Join Registered Music Therapist Alex Morse for a unique INHALE session at the beautiful Tasmanian Arboretum, where the trees become our walls and birdsong joins our choir.
This isn't about performing or singing perfectly. It's about using your voice as a pathway to wellbeing. Through gentle breathwork, simple songs, vocal exploration and moments of quiet reflection, we'll reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world around us.
Research continues to show the benefits of both singing and spending time in nature. Together, they create a powerful opportunity to slow down, regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and experience a sense of connection and belonging.
Whether you've sung all your life or only in the shower, you're warmly welcome.
What to bring:
A chair or picnic rug
Weather-appropriate clothing
A water bottle
An open mind
Come and experience what happens when voices rise beneath the canopy.
Lets meet in the car park and we'll walk in together.
COST: $10pp
No previous singing experience is needed.
(INHALE is a branch of EXHALE Choir - Devonport)
