Event description

Come and join Julie Wylie and The Canterbury Musical Parenting Association for a hands on workshop at Te Ara Atea in Rolleston. No prior musical knowledge or signing ability is required! You will take away inspiration and knowledge about how to use music and movement in the everyday lives of tamariki. You will also learn how music enhances social and emotional learning and regulation. The workshop is targeted at anyone who has contact with children (including those who are neurodiverse or differently abled) under the age of 8. Parents, whanau, ECE and Primary School teachers, as well as other child focussed professionals are all welcome!
