Join Mac and Hannah for a night of great wine, a wonderful menu and a sharing of ideas, laughter and entertainment as these new and old wines are openned.
We'll be hosting an intimate dinner at Beau in Surrey Hills, starting from 6:00pm where we'll taste through our 6 new Single Vineyard releases, 3 Chardonnays and 3 Pinot Noirs.
Beau is the sleek sibling to Nomad, a wine bar with a European menu headed by head chef Troy Spencer’s with Ged Bellis on the wines. The charming laneway space blends casual and luxurious, with a black granite bar and leather banquette seating.
Arrive for a glass of grower Champagne before sitting down to a matched menu to accompany the following wines:
