Join Lisa from Connect Social and Emma from Mind Body Soul Wellness for an interactive day full of connection and deep healing.

When we can create a healthy relationship with ourselves it helps us be able to create healthier relationships with others. This event is open to men and women of all ages, whether you have already been exploring healing or are just beginning your healing journey.

This day will be filled with creating a better understanding into relationship dynamics, with introductions to the 5 love languages and attachment styles, guided setting of clear intentions for future relationship goals based off awareness around values, what you are wanting and also what you are providing.There will also be guided meditation, inner child exploration and journaling.

The day will end with a Yin (rebirthing) breath-work group session. By emphasising gentleness and the natural flow of our breath, we can establish a stronger connection with our inner selves. This practice helps us release energy blockages, gain valuable insights, and attain a deeper level of understanding as well as healing at a deep cellular level.

Morning tea and lunch provided as well as a journal, and a gift.

This event will be held in the exclusively booked Kookaburra Room in the nature surrounded Avoca Beach Hotel access through the Treetops Cafe at reception.
