Single's Sound Bath & Conscious Connection Dating Event (47 - 60yo)

Come and feel in flow with fellow singles aged 47 - 60 for a 45 minute Live Sound Bath and Conscious Connection Dating event in Preston. 
This 2 hour intimate event allows you to connect with up to 8 singles (heterosexual/cisgender) in an authentic and conscious way, calm your nervous system through soothing sounds (we all know dating can be nerve-wracking), open your heart, and enjoy a nourishing and relaxed self-development and dating experience. After the sound bath singles will be invited to consciously connect through conversation with the aid of Esther Perel's "Where should we begin" conversation cards.

Maybe you'll meet your future lover, line up a date for Valentines Day or at the very least make a few new friends. This event will be capped to a intimate group so the vibe is meaningful and impactful for everyone attending. Think equal parts self-care me-time to dating and meeting new people.

Complimentary tea and nibbles are included.

• A pillow/cushion + eye mask for the sound bath
