Connect Social Central Coast with Mingara One Fitness presents Singles Yoga, with Reece as our instructor.

This is for all the Single people who enjoy or would like to try yoga with so many benefits for the mind, body and soul, with the added twist of everyone in the space also being single, there will be no limits on specific numbers for men and women, spaces are limited though so get your tickets to avoid disappointment, this event is about connecting with like minded people in general, building strong bodies and strong relationships of all kinds.

We are hoping to offer this once a month to the community if it is supported.

A great way to meet other people, form friendships, and already have yoga in common.

There is also the option to go to the cafe afterwards for a coffee/tea, or a light meal or into the club for lunch with people you already know or just met and would like to have a conversation with.

Connecting people in person, with similar interests in real life situations.

Spaces are limited for this event and hopeful of its popularity so we can have more events in the future.

Tickets to this event are $20 (which is what a casual membership is to fitness one), however this covers entry, venue, instructor, as well as admin costs, and advertisement costs.

If you are a member of Mingara One Fitness (not including a fitness passport holder) your ticket price is $10. You will need to send through your valid membership card as this will be checked.

Please bring a towel, yoga mat and water. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time especially if you haven’t attended before as there is a waiver form which needs to be completed to attend the gym.
