Connect Social presents Singles Yoga in the Lake Macquarie Area to The Yoga Place at Blacksmiths, with Brooke as our instructor. This one will be a yin class with a mini sound bath.

This is for all the Single people who enjoy or would like to try yoga with so many benefits for the mind, body and soul, with the added twist of everyone in the space also being single, there will be no limits on specific numbers for men and women, spaces are limited though so get your tickets to avoid disappointment, this event is about connecting with like minded people in general, building strong bodies and strong relationships of all kinds.

We are hoping to offer this once to twice a month running every three weeks alternating between vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles Yin is a slow paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time whilst Vinyasa flow is stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

A great way to meet other people, form friendships, and already have yoga in common.

There is also the option to go to the cafe afterwards for a coffee/tea, brunch and some further connection with everyone who attended.

Connecting people in person, with similar interests in real life situations.

Spaces are limited for this event so book in early to get your spot with a maximum of 16 people.

Tickets to this event are $20

Please bring a towel, yoga mat and water.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and allow plenty of time to find a park as the area can be very busy so we can start on time and everyone’s able to enjoy their session with minimal interruptions.
