Using collage techniques and desert-inspired ideas, you'll create a six-page mini art journal that celebrates the beauty of California's deserts. With magazines, picture books, and upcycled materials, you'll craft a one-of-a-kind zine to take home. This beginner-friendly class requires no prior art experience.

Meet your instructor: Paisley Ramstead is a desert local with a passion for creativity and desert wildlife — especially snakes! When not snake-spotting or collaging, Paisley can be found at home with her dogs or thrifting for tchotchkes and vintage field guides.
