Ticket Policy

No tickets will be sold at the door.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying at Maracuyadessert@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the event and wait for the confirmation email.
Refunds available 14 Days prior the event,
In case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
If you arrive late, no partial refunds will be given.

BYO Alcohol Policy

A complimentary non-alcoholic drink will be provided.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own wine or beer (BYO).
The event is a responsible drinking environment – excessive consumption or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Workshop Rules & Expectations

This workshop is designed for adults (18+) unless otherwise arranged.
Please arrive on time to ensure you don’t miss important steps in the cake decorating process.
All materials, tools, and decorations will be provided for use during the workshop only.
Attendees must follow all hygiene and safety guidelines as instructed by the host.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions ⚠️

The cakes provided contain gluten, eggs, and dairy.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the organizer at least 5 days before the event.
While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Media Release & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed unless you notify the organizer in advance.
If you prefer not to be in photos, please let the event host know before the workshop starts.

Health & Safety Policy

If you are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms, please do not attend.
Hand sanitizers and hand-washing stations will be available at the venue.
Attendees must follow all safety instructions related to equipment use.
