I’m excited to invite you to “Sip and Flow” – a relaxed, all-levels yoga class happening every second Thursday at 7:15 pm at the Armstrong Creek Community Hub.

For those interested, we’ll keep the good vibes going afterward with an optional trip to Cockatoo for a drink. Whether you’re looking to stretch, reflect, or simply meet some fellow locals.

Since moving here five months ago, I’ve been so lucky to meet some really lovely people especially young mums who have mentioned to me they have found it hard to connect with others. So I’m going to try help others in the area connect, unwind, and make some new friends. We’ll focus on both movement and mindset, creating a space for everyone to recharge together. I’d love to try it out and see what we can create in this great community.

What to bring: Bring yourself, a yoga mat and an open mind.

What to expect: A warm positive welcome. A well explained and safe yoga class. A safe space to try something new.
