SIP & FLOW ARMSTRONG CREEK

I’m excited to invite you to “Sip and Flow” – a relaxed, all-levels yoga class happening every second Thursday at 7:00 pm at the Armstrong Creek Community Hub. Please meet at the SOUTH ENTRANCE at 6.55PM to allow for after hours access.

For those interested, we’ll keep the good vibes going afterward with an optional trip to Cockatoo for a drink. Whether you’re looking to stretch, reflect, or simply meet some fellow locals.

As a proud local, I’m passionate about creating a space where our community can connect, grow, and thrive. The pay-by-donation model ensures yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Your contributions not only help cover the costs of running these classes but also support the shared goal of fostering well-being and connection within our local community. Together, we make yoga available to all, building a stronger community.

Since moving here five months ago, I’ve been so lucky to meet some really lovely people who have mentioned to me they have found it hard to connect with others. So I’m going to try help others in the area connect, unwind, and make some new friends. We’ll focus on both movement and mindset, creating a space for everyone to recharge together. I’d love to try it out and see what we can create in this great community. 

What to bring: Bring yourself, a yoga mat and an open mind.

What to expect: A warm positive welcome. A well explained and safe yoga class. A safe space to try something new. This class will run for 60 minutes with the first 10 minutes to connect with someone new.
